While preparing for a Spinal Injury case, or to stay abreast of current developments in the Spinal Injury field, I need to use many references. Many of my Spinal Injury resources and reference materials are not available on the Internet, but I do find myself using the following websites quite extensively. The Spinal Cord Injury Resource Center
Has a vast amount of information helping to explain basic anatomy, physiology, and the complications resulting from a spinal cord injury. There is a section covering basic anatomy, and possible complications from a spinal cord injury, as well information to help choose a Rehabilitation center. There is also a national list of rehabilitation centers specializing in the care and needs of spinal cord injuries
The site also has Discussion boards, and offers free e-mail accounts to members (Free registration and membership).
